Welcoming staff, amazing views of the mountains, everything is great. The rooms are extremely spacious and practical and generally offer a private safe, central heating and television with satellite channels. The breakfast is good and the location is magnificent...

The hotel was conveniently close to the city centre, but was nonetheless quiet. Good facilities, fast free wifi connection, tea-making facilities etc
The bathroom needs renovation; the WC cistern leaked and was not repaired despite my complaining about it twice. The hotel has started a programme of renovation though, and will probably soon completely renovate the room.

The property had a charming atmosphere, the staff were incredibly friendly upon arrival and later during my interaction with a female receptionist, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The service was great, everything was well-organized, and there was a magnificent view from this place located just a short walk away from a famous French national monument.

Great room - comfy beds, seperate WC from bathroom, spacious, very clean lines throughout, great roomy shower......
........in short almost the perfect hotel room.........if only it had a safety deposit box! The only down side to the hotel.

The was no mini bar in the room, bar closes at 22:30, no vending machine or near by shop So if you weak up thirsty in the middle of the night you have to go dowen and ask the reception for water room service "poor"
